New Service Release (bugfix build) for DeskProto V 5.0 Since the last bugfix build again a number of new bugs has been reported (thanks for your input) and fixed. So it was time for new build, which has been made available on Aug 22. Users of a DeskProto V5.0 Full license can use the Updater to install the new version, users of DeskProto V5.0 Lite can just install a fresh Lite trial version, as that will recognize their current license information. Visit us at the 3D Printing Event 3D printing is hot !  Many new initiatives stimulate the home use of 3D CAD: free 3D CAD software like Google SketchUp and Autodesk 123D, FabLabs, lowcost 3D printers. New jewelry video on DeskProto website This instruction video shows how DeskProto can be used with the Roland JWX-30 wax-milling machine, to easily create jewelry wax models. In DeskProto a special JWX-30 wizard is present that fine-tunes the toolpaths for this machine. So you can start cutting immediately.
